The Convenience of Onsite Training
Learning is an active process that involves all senses. For this reason, our workshops are interactive, engaging, and hands-on. Onsite Training is a convenient service offered to Private and Corporate Childcare Centers. Learning takes place in the comfort of your center without the hassle of scrambling for directions or getting lost on your way to class. You decide if you prefer training during lunch, after hours, or on the weekend. Another advantage to Onsite Training is that you can immediately apply learning to your environment. Training staff members in their own center allows them the opportunity to become more cognizant of their surroundings. Presentation Service
If you have materials but lack the time to organize or write the curriculum, Salew People Solutions' Presentation Service will make it easy for you. All you need to do is give us the topic, notes, and a list of materials and resources you have for that topic, i.e. paint, videotapes, toys, etc. We will create a Presenter's Package which includes: a Curriculum, Facilitator's Notes, Participant Handout, Evaluation, Attendance, and Power Point Presentation on CD-Rom. Before completion and delivery of packages we will notify you by e-mail, phone, or fax. Presenter Packages require a minimum of one training hour and incorporates the standard 5-minute break per one-hour session. Certificates are not included.
Therapy Consulting
At times, Educators or Family members may find themselves faced with circumstances that may require psychotherapeutic intervention. We provide Onsite Training for Early Education Professionals who want to learn how to identify possible signs of various types of learning, social, emotional, or pervasive developmental disorders. Salew People Solutions also offers Onsite Informational Seminars for family and staff members who may have questions or want to learn more about therapy. Certificates
Certificates of completion with CEUs are awarded to registered participants who fulfill training requirements for Staff or Professional Development. Certificates are usually included with trainings. Any seminar, workshop, or conference that does not include CEUs will be noted on the registration form.
