Managers As Leaders Retreat
Salew People Solutions offers a wonderful program called Managers As Leaders to Senior-level Managers, Executives, Supervisors, Mentors or anyone in a leadership position. The Mangers As Leaders program is an intense three (3) day retreat that explores the responsibilities of managerial status vs. the impact of the position on the individual, organization, and community. This workshop is strongly recommended for those people experiencing burn out, struggle with keeping their position, secret desire to not remain a manger, isolation, lack of confidence, being the object of ill feelings by staff members, second guessing decisions, consistently blaming others when things go wrong, or feeling unheard by colleagues and superiors.
